Shipping, Returns, and Refund

Order and Shipping Confirmation

You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been successfully placed—it will include your order number and shipping method. Please make sure your shipping address is correct as we are unable to redirect goods once they are en route to you.

Orders can take up to 2 business days to be processed and shipped. Once your order is prepared for shipment, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information. 

Where We Ship

We currently ship to US addresses including Alaska, Hawaii, and US Territories. We ship to PO Boxes/APO/FPO by ground only. 

We now ship to Canada and we are working on expanding to other countries. Thank you so much for your patience as we expand our international presence.

Shipping Costs

United States:

Orders within the United States are shipped for FREE using USPS or UPS. Delivery within the United States typically takes 2-5 days after orders have been shipped. Shipping to destinations outside of the contiguous United States such as Hawaii and Alaska may take longer

International:

International orders are shipped using USPS Priority Express International, FedEx International, or DHL. Please note that duties and taxes may be charged by the shipping company upon or after delivery for international orders that are shipped Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU). You will need to pay these taxes and duties to release the order from customs. FedEx International and DHL cannot deliver to a P.O. box, so please provide a physical mailing address for delivery. It is possible that international orders may take longer to arrive than expected. 

Taxes

Applicable sales tax will be charged on merchandise total, where applicable. Taxes are calculated according to shipping destination and itemized on the Order Summary page.

Return Policy

Cayatch accepts returns on items within thirty (30) days from the date that the item was delivered to you. Items must be returned unopened/unused, with tags, in their original packaging. 

Items that have any kind of odor (such as tobacco), appear to be worn, stretched, snagged, or have been tried on under clothing are not eligible for a refund. Returns that do not meet these criteria will be sent back to you. There is a $12.00 restocking fee for all returns, and the company reserves the right to deduct up to 50% of the retail value of the item from the refund if it is not returned in its original condition.

Returning an item with your own label is at your own risk. You must ensure that the item is adequately packaged and, at your option and cost, insured. We are not liable for damage caused by inadequate packaging by you or if the item is damaged or lost while being returned to us. Items that are damaged when we receive them will not be eligible for refund.

Upon receipt of your return, we will confirm your refund via email. Please note that taxes will be refunded along with the items you sent back, however, duties will not be refunded.

Please obtain tracking number for your records; Cayatch is not responsible for lost shipments.

For international customers, please be aware that the cost of outbound shipping on your original order is not refundable and will be deducted from your refund.

You are responsible for paying for return shipping for both domestic and international orders. Customs duties and sales taxes are not refundable through Cayatch, but you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs bureau.

Late Returns

Any item returned after 40 days of receipt is not eligible for refund.

Exchanges

We do not accept exchanges, as items may sell out while the requested exchange is returned and processed. If you need a different size, we do not process exchanges. Instead, please place a new order for the size you want, and follow the steps for returning your original order for a refund as outlined above.

Receiving a Refund

A refund will be issued once we have received your returned items. Any items that are damaged when we receive them are not eligible for refund. Refunds do not include any shipping or handling charges, except in the case of faulty or damaged items. Your refund will be credited to the original form of payment used for the original transaction and will be in the amount of the Product price less the return restocking fee if applicable. Any duties paid for orders shipped to countries outside of the United States will NOT be refunded. 

When we submit a refund for you, that refund is processed immediately on our end. Please note that credit card refunds may take up to 10 business day for your bank to complete, depending on their processing times. This can vary greatly between credit card issuers.

Stripe (for HSA/FSA cards), Shop Pay, and PayPal are three of the payment gateways we use to process customer payments.

If you've used PayPal to complete your purchase, your refund processing time can vary based on the payment method used:

  1. If you've used a credit card or a debit card through PayPal, it may take 30 days for the refund amount to appear on your card statement.
  2. If you pay with a bank account, your refund will initially go back to the PayPal balance before being moved back to the account. It may take up to 5 business days for the refund amount to appear back in your bank account balance.
