So I just got this Cayatch shoulder brace and found it pretty cool. It makes my shoulders feel good, and I noticed my posture was way better after the first couple of days.

This posture trainer pulls my shoulders out and back. It works great to prevent slouching. It fits comfortably and causes no pain whatsoever. I am 65 years old, and as I get older and start losing muscle mass, I need some light posture support to counteract the effects of gravity. Size L is perfect for me. I am 5'10 & weigh 200 lbs, and this posture belt/vest fits comfortably.

The material and design of the product are unisex, fitting comfortably for all genders. Compared to other back brace posture correctors I have used, this one exceeded my expectations. I've been dealing with chronic neck and shoulder problems for a few months. I was told by the chiropractor that it mostly was a result from having poor posture and he recommended this posture corrector. Once on, I noticed how good it made my back feel, very supported, straight and aligned.

I've been using this brace everyday to help with my slouching and other posture issues. I have forward head posture and I have been told that I walk with my head slightly angled and it causes mild back pain if I don't take frequent breaks to rest during the day. This brace forces my shoulders back and head up. It seems to help with my shoulder/back alignment and in turn helps relieve pain. I was skeptical about washing this but it held up well after several washes.

I've been spending a lot of hours on the computer (10+ hours per day on average), and my posture has become quite terrible. Recently got myself a standing desk and this back posture corrector to wear throughout the day. Well, I feel so much better after just a few days. I’m up straight and there’s less pain in my upper back and shoulders. It makes my back feel good.

I recently got a remote job and found myself working half lying down and hunching over my laptop more than when I was working at an office. I started getting neck and upper back pain a year ago, and lately, the pain has become unbearable.

I bought this as a last resort not expecting it to do much. My upper back pain was relieved as soon as I put it on and I didn't want to take it off. This helps more than anything else I've tried. I wear it over a shirt and there is no noticeable discomfort. The Velcro is strong and won't slip. The elastic shoulder straps are comfortable and easy to adjust. If I want more support, all I need is to tighten the shoulder straps a bit more and my shoulders are perfectly aligned with my back.

I found myself standing and sitting up straighter even when I was not wearing the brace. So I think it really helped build my muscle memory.

I was searching for qualified FSA purchases as the year end is approaching. So glad I found Cayatch through the recommendation of my PT. This must have been one of my best FSA purchases! I am 5'11 195 lb. and the large size fits well. Thinking about getting a couple more for my nephews who are in college as I noticed they were slouching and hunching over their phones and computers all the time.
